Staging/Design Services
Staging, the presentation of a home for sale that communicates a desirable lifestyle with current and broad ranging appeal, is an acknowledged “must” for achieving the highest price and the quickest sale in the resale Real Estate market. Conceptually, staging is to the resale residential market as a model home is to new residential developments.
Carla and Geri have retained the services of talented designers and stagers to present their listed properties for maximum advantage and appeal on the market. We provide these services free to our clients. Additionally, we have acquired an extensive inventory of furnishings, wall art and accessories, which we maintain, insure and store at our own expense. We make this inventory available to our clients rent-free while we market their properties for sale.
The services outlined above are on average worth thousands of dollars if the home seller were to contract directly with a staging company. Moreover, independent staging companies require their fees to be paid up front at the time of the staging. If after 30 days, the home has not sold or has not closed escrow, leaving the staging in place results in a monthly furniture rental fee.
